As a passionate chef, I bring my love for cooking to every meal I create. My name is Chef Lady Alswell, and I am the head chef and founder of Crown Royal Catering and Events Planning.

My culinary journey began at a young age, when I would help mother and my grandmother in the kitchen. Watching them create delicious meals from scratch inspired me to pursue a career in the culinary arts. After studying at The Institute Of Catering And Home Economics, I spent years working in some of the finest kitchens around , honing my skills and developing my own unique style.

My philosophy is simple: use the freshest, highest quality ingredients to create dishes that are both beautiful and delicious. I take pride in sourcing ingredients locally and seasonally, and I believe that the key to creating exceptional food is to start with the best possible ingredients.
